Inspired by the bold vision of creating a community space, the St. Marks Episcopal Church acquired the decaying Sweet Grass County High School and lot. Several years forward, Sheepherder Square is poised to add vibrancy to Big Timber’s downtown core – creating a true “living room without walls”, leaving a lasting legacy for our community.

The Square will be a place busy with activity - where friends gather to enjoy each other’s company, mingle and revel in our community’s tradition and area history.
