Jami Jarrett Moody was born and raised in Sweet Grass County and is the 6th generation to own and operate the family ranch. After receiving her BS in Business Management, she moved back to Big Timber to raise her family in 1995. Jami has worked at the Sweet Grass County Attorney’s office for nearly 26 years as well as working on the ranch in multiple capacities. Jami and her family are woven deep into the fabric of Sweet Grass County and she is committed to finding creative ways to breathe new life into this community. She has been active member of several local organizations including St. Mark’s Episcopal Church where she was Senior Warden for many years. Under her leadership, St. Mark’s acquired the “Old High School” property which is now the site of Sheepherder Square.
